Molded Plastic Consultants (www.moldedplastic.on.ca) is a precision plastic injection molder specializing in difficult-to-make close tolerance functional components. Located in Barrie, Ontario, we have been in business for over 10 years.
We are ISO – TS16949 certified, and have achieved 100% on-time delivery and 0 PPM over 76.5 million parts shipped a year. Our customers trust us with their most difficult critical components to ensure they’re there when they need them, with no defects all the time, every time.

We ship our products worldwide to manufacturing clients in a wide variety of sectors, including automotive, lighting, seals, water filtration, industrial components, as well as any industries that require our precision expertise.

We have 22 state-of-the-art injection molding machines outfitted with the latest technology in robotics, process control, and automation. We also build our own injection molds in-house to control the tool build process and ensure the precision required to produce perfect parts every time.
Our strong engineering and program management department manages client projects from start to end of life, including product development and prototyping services for production intent parts.
