Special guest: Steve Malinowski
Steve Malinowski is a leader and entrepreneur who has served in a wide array of different industries, different sized companies, different locations, and markets. He has served as CEO with Club Coffee, The Kraus Group, and Janes Family Foods, and over his career Steve has overseen thousands of employees on different continents. Steve came to us as a special guest through IA sponsor Farber Wealth, and had the opportunity to present to other IA Chapters late last year, resulting in glowing reviews, so we wanted to extend this experience to the York and Simcoe Chapter members.
Steve will be speaking to us about how to build and sustain a corporate culture that keeps employees engaged, inspired, and pulling in the same direction, including his experience regarding the development of an employee profit sharing program that he was able to implement in several of the companies that he has led.
