Our Target Markets

Our target markets are manufacturers, distributors, and project-based firms in Canada and the US that need to cost, track, and schedule their customer orders, business resources, and costing.

We have staff in five provinces across Canada, and customers in seven. In the US, we have staff in eight states and customers in ten.

What Differentiates Us

Our focus on best practices and helping our clients chart a course for their journey to improved operations differentiates us from our competitors. We also provide a consultative approach, with staff who have operational backgrounds rather than just tech.

We have received several awards for our business excellence, including:

  • Profit 500 four-time winner 2014-2017
  • Epicor Software: America’s Partner of the Year 2011-2014

How We’re Currently Innovating

We address change management with our clients to help them with ERP adoption, ultimately supporting them in realizing their goals.

How Innovators Alliance Assists Us on Our Innovation Journey

I have been a member of Innovators Alliance since 2014. IA gives me a sounding board and helps me focus on the elements of innovation I want to work on. I’ve also found it advantageous to work with experienced members who can share their direct experiences and help solve operational issues that I and others could potentially struggle with.

Creating some accountability as a leader goes a long way; I keep coming back to spend time learning, working on my journey, and stepping out of my business to work on it, not in it.
