Deborah’s consultative approach and business-focused, problem-solving mindset help individuals and organizations navigate change and challenge effectively. Having lived and worked as a trainer in Europe and Asia, Deborah also enjoys drawing on her international experience to help leaders challenge assumptions and embrace diverse, global perspectives that lead to exceptional personal and professional results.

Her extensive knowledge of organizational effectiveness, entrepreneurship and sales and marketing, as well as a warm and engaging style, are traits that make her highly effective as a meeting facilitator and business coach.

Currently, Deborah is Founder & Chief Experience Officer at Roll Out Innovation, enabling her to help sales and business leaders gain valuable insights about their people, business and culture and improve leadership and organizational performance through innovation.

Deborah holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University. She is certified on numerous assessments, including the Rhodes’ Thinking-Styles Profile™, Emotional Power™ and The Resilience Questionnaire™, around which she developed an internationally acclaimed business resilience program. She is also a certified coach and regular Industry Practitioner Instructor at Schulich ExecEd, affiliated with York University’s Business School.

Deborah volunteers for Halton Region and the Strategic Capability Network, where she until recently served as Board member.
