Stefanie Ince, Executive Director

Stefanie is a leader, collaborator, and consultant with 20+ years of experience in fundraising, corporate development, and executive leadership for a number of organizations. Her professional experience spans healthcare, education, international development, and financial services.

Stefanie is a certified Co-Active Professional Coach, having obtained her CPCC from the Coactive Training Institute, widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification in the world, is certified with the International Coaching Federation, the international credentialing body for both training programs and coaches.

In 2019, Stefanie started March Management, with a vision to provide executive coaching and leadership coaching services. She is driven to support leaders and businesses through innovation, curiosity and connection.

Stefanie received a BA in Media, Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario. She has served as Vice-Chair on the Brain Injury Society of Toronto Board of Directors, Treasurer on the Board of Governors for Neurological Health Charities Canada and is currently a volunteer and mentor for Elevate International.

Sylvie Sharpe, Administrative Coordinator

I am a worker bee. Focused on the question: How can I help?

In the past, I helped build the Ontario Beekeepers’ Association membership from 500 to 2000 members by being the first person of contact in person, by phone and email.

At Innovators Alliance, I work in the background, keeping us organized and on-track and enabling the organization to grow its pool of expertise among its varied groups. I provide our Chapter Chairs with the resources they need to create safe environments where entrepreneurs can learn from other experienced owners and grow their businesses with confidence.
