The Innovation Leader Program

The Innovation Leader Program is for individuals who are focused on their professional development and driven to use entrepreneurial skills and innovative thinking to seek out and execute initiatives that can benefit their organizations.

This membership level was introduced for professionals who bring an innovative approach to business improvement and professional development. These individuals:

  • Possess 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Are responsible for leading and managing a team.
  • Are dedicated to professional development and who are committed to a peer-to-peer group with other like-minded professionals.

What can you expect from the Innovation Leader Program?

  • Cultivate Leadership Competencies: Learn essential leadership skills (personal, interpersonal, organizational leadership) with other innovators who are dedicated to their professional development
  • Professional Advancement: Receive honest advice and feedback from other high performers who are focused on growing as professionals and who will hold you accountable for your professional objectives.
  • Grow Your Community: Expand your network of valuable professional contacts who will  enrich your professional and personal lives.

What is Included in the Innovation Leaders Program?

Your annual membership includes:

  • Ten (10) Chapter half-day meetings annually, with a professional facilitator.
  • The opportunity to participate in Two (2) IA Power Meetings each year. These full day meetings will include access to thought leaders, workshops, breakout discussions, and the opportunity to network with other leaders throughout the IA network.
  • Access to the Innovator’s Hub – a portal which provides resources and tools that were developed for innovative leaders and entrepreneurs.
