IA Intrapreneur Membership
Intrapreners are emerging leaders who use entrepreneurial skills and thinking to seek out and execute initiatives that can benefit the company. This membership level was introduced for individuals who aren’t leading entrepreneurial companies, but who bring an innovative approach to business improvement and professional development.
What can you expect from the Intrapreneur Program?
- An opportunity to continuously learn and improve in a confidential setting with other leaders who are focused on innovation;
- To improve the growth and profitability of your area of business;
- To receive honest advice and feedback from other leaders who are focused on professional development and who have no conflict of interest;
- Exposure to innovation and new ways of doing things;
- A monthly time and place to work “ON’ your business rather than “IN” your business;
- To develop friendships and networks with other leaders that enrich your professional and personal lives;
- To benefit from the hard-won lessons and experience of other leaders.
What is Included in the Intrapreneur Program?
Your annual membership includes:
- Ten (10) Chapter meetings each year with a professional facilitator
- Two Power meetings each year (spring and fall). These full day meetings will include access to thought leaders, workshops, breakout discussions, and the opportunity to network with other leaders throughout the IA network.
- Guidance with your “Innovation Journey”; a business planning tool that was developed exclusively for Innovators Alliance.
- Access to a “members only” portal which provides resources and tools that were developed for innovative leaders.
