Option 1: What’s Next for Social Selling, delivered by IA member Aby Alameddine and his team from Core Online Marketing
In the “The Future of Social Selling” break out session, Senior Team Members from Core Online Marketing will explore the role of social selling in today’s business development landscape and how to maximize its return on investment. The session will cover strategic social selling, including developing a plan, choosing the right platforms, and optimizing profiles. It will also highlight the importance of targeted messaging, analytics, and continuous improvement in social selling campaigns. Finally, emerging trends such as AI and video will be examined to help businesses look ahead.
The breakout session includes hands-on activities, where participants will develop their own social selling plan outline and audit their profiles using provided worksheets.
Option 2: What’s Next for Succession Planning, delivered by IA sponsor Doane Grant Thornton Representative Jaclyn Cairns
Join IA sponsor Doane Grant Thornton’s London Chapter representative Jaclyn Cairns as she explores the many considerations involved in succession planning. This session was previously shared with the IA London Chapter to glowing feedback, and Innovators Alliance wanted to bring this expertise to the entire membership.
About Jaclyn:
For over a decade, Jaclyn has been helping local business owners with succession planning, estate planning, acquisitions, governance systems, and conflict management. With broad experience in working with family-owned businesses, she helps families find common ground and harmony in support of their business and personal goals. From practical matters of running a business to the less tangible, interpersonal skills needed to align differing points of view, she has helped clients navigate through all situations. Aside from work, she teaches aspiring CPA’s at Western University and its affiliate, King’s University College.
Outside of work, Jaclyn is passionate about the great outdoors and loves nothing more than lacing up her hiking boots and hitting the trails with her Labrador Retrievers. They are close to completing the Bruce Trail from end to end! She is also an avid volleyball player who has spent her entire adult life on the beach court!

Peter Hall is CEO of Econosphere Inc., a boutique business strategy advisory firm. In this capacity, he is involved in advising leading Canadian industry associations and corporations, advising and promoting international initiatives, and conducting ad hoc project work.
Mr. Hall is a special advisor to both Martinrea International and Elevate Export Finance, is a Fellow-In-Residence at the C.D. Howe Institute, writes a Mr. Hall has degrees in economics from the University of Toronto and Carleton University.
