My organization is open to all kinds of innovation. This could be a product, service, business model, or business process innovation.

My organization specifically identifies what we need to do to positively impact our customers’ lives.

My organization is risk-averse. Risk-taking is discouraged.

My organization thrives on collaboration. Cross-functional teams are often utilized to solve problems.

My organization works in iterative cycles – testing, learning, and adjusting to reduce risk.
