Business Overview
Crosslink Technology Inc. (crosslinktech.com), established in 1981 and located in Toronto, Ontario, operates two separate and distinct divisions serving OEM type customers with a variety of Epoxy and Polyurethane applications and custom cast electrical components. Both divisions are certified to ISO 9001:2000 quality standards.
Crosslink Technology and I (John Ulcar, Director) have four North American patents. I have been on the Board of Directors for industry associations such as ERF Division of SPI in Washington DC, TRFA in Chicago, and Innovator’s Alliance in Toronto.
Our Target Markets
Crosslink’s main focus is in formulating products for the casting, potting, and encapsulation applications requiring customization to meet the unique processing and final product requirements of its customers.
The company currently exports to several countries around the world, including the USA, Australia, Mexico, South America, and the Far East.
What Differentiates Us
We have successfully developed over 1,500 various formulations and extensive product lines, and will continue to develop more of these product lines.

How Innovators Alliance Assists Us on Our Innovation Journey
I have been a member of Innovators Alliance since 2007. My company and I have benefited by being members in several ways.
Special events like Evening with Innovators and Wisdom Exchange have provided us with the opportunity to attend presentations from a variety of experts that we would not have access to in most other forums. These events are also excellent opportunities for networking.
I also attend the monthly chapter meetings. There, we are able to discuss issues on the large scale (30,000 ft. view), solve day-to-day issues, and realize that other companies have the same issues that we have.
